So is the Marquee tag going to be "in" or "out" in 2007's cutting edge web deisgns?  Darkside's confused smiley

* Fallen Angel 's prediction is "in"...but then again I have been known to be wrong before on occasions  G.T.'s wink smiley

Now, if you want to see real class use of marquee's check out this* site, built in commemoration of Caz and Old Honky's (aka Donkey) recent wedding. We recommend the use of sedatives before viewing though. G.T.'s giggle smiley

* for anyone who is bewildered (or even confused) the appalling nature of this site was intentional. It's a new look. We call it "Web 3.0"  G.T.'s wink smiley

Yikes, it's so bad it's good!

OK, not that good. Maybe a really large Marquee would improve it?  Darkside's confused smiley

Hey PrawnDog hands off that website (so awful that it is good  G.T.'s giggle smiley ) - that is my wedding present and is of great sentimental value. I expect it to hang forever on the walls of the Internet Archive and it's creators to go down in the annals of webdesign as pioneers of web installations. [Like art installations - no-one knows what it means, therfore it has to be labelled as a great art installation, with a capital F. I fully expect it to win next year's Turner prize.]

Merry Christmas and a happy new year to you and welcome to this place.  G.T.'s wave smiley

Anyone can create a usable website. It takes a graphic designer to make it slow, confusing, and painful to use.

What a nice thing to say.  She actually married me as a form of penance.
